Coveya supply Whistl Fulfillment with Easibelt 600’s and a ET600 Gravity Roller conveyor belt solution

Whistl Fulfillment in Wrangaton Business Park are leaders in the Logistics and Distribution industry. They recently contacted Coveya in order to revamp their workflow with new conveyors as well as reconditioning and setting up of an existing lineshaft roller conveyor to form an assembly line alongside workbenches to reduce a manual handling need and increasing levels of health & safety.

The conveyor system we supplied allowed products to be brought down to ground level without the need for manual intervention, meaning workers can pack a box or item and then load it straight onto a conveyor. The system, comprising of two Easibelt 600‘s and a ET600 Gravity Roller, then takes it away and brings it down to a level conveyor on the floor for immediate distribution which ultimately removed a manual handling need thus increasing levels of health & safety.
