Kent Renewable hires bulk feed hopper to increase efficiency and reduce downtime

Kent Renewable contacted the Coveya experts when they had an equipment failure on their site.

The Coveya team was quick to respond with a free site visit carried out to determine the best and fastest solution for their site and requirements.

Kent renewable hired the Bulk feed hopper initially to get their site up and running again, after it was successfully up and running for many months helping to increase efficiency and reduce downtime on site, they then purchased the equipment.

The Bulk Feed Hopper and conveyor system is used for short duration emergency works that need to be carried out on other parts of the plant.

The system is being used to feed the boiler with over 25 tons per hour of wood fuel around their site.

Colin Dobson, the site manager was very impressed with the system, stating ‘since we’ve had this conveyor installed it must’ve paid for itself 6,7 times over’ and ‘I would highly recommend using them again, I would recommend Coveya strongly’.
