Water Treatment : Brettex Site Services [EK 600]

Coveya were thrilled to work with Brettex site services, a water treatment and maintenance company with over 30 year’s experience in the UK utilities industry.

Brettex was carrying out a large project reconfiguring a water treatment plant to manage a 10x increased capacity efficiently. 

Their mobile centrifuge unit required a solution for moving the sludge from the mobile centrifuge trailer into bulk roll on/off bins that were provided by a local waste management company.

Product Details – EK 600

Coveya provided the EK600 conveyor system on hire to feed from the centrifuge up onto a reversing conveyor which could feed into two bins enabling the site to have no downtime while one bin would be emptied and returned.  This was on hire and in almost constant use for two months until the plants waste levels were lowered.

As well as supplying the conveyor system Coveya conducted a free site survey ensuring that the right solution was supplied and also fully installed and commissioned the temporary conveyor system.
