Fennington Fibres [EK900 Swan Neck & Bulk Feed Hopper]

Coveya Provides Fennington Fibres the Easikit 900 swan neck conveyor system to help transport recyclable materials

Coveya was contacted by Fennington fibres requiring a conveyor system to help transport recyclable materials to shredder ready to be sorted.

Fennington fibres work within the biomass and farming industry in Taunton.

We completed a free site survey to determine the appropriate conveyor system for their requirements before supplying the conveyors.

We supplied the Easikit 900 Swan Neck Conveyor at 8.5m long.

After delivery we sent an engineer to site to assist with installation, tracking and testing the conveyor system.

The conveyor is being fed by a Bulk Feed Hopper loaded by a front loader. It provides a 2.2m flat section for the hopper to feed into and then incline up into the shredder.

The conveyor supplies consistent feed into the shredder which, they were unable to achieve before we supplied the conveyor system.
