Mitsui Components [Bespoke Repacking Conveyor System]

Coveya Installs 6 Large Gravity Roller Conveyors for Mitsui

Mitsui located in Swansea contacted Coveya, they asked us to visit their site and discuss their requirements and our advice on the suitable conveyor system for their project.

We designed and installed an innovative product repacking conveyor system at their manufacturing site.

Coveya also installed 6 large Gravity Roller Conveyors for their operatives to efficiently repack products from cardboard boxes into plastics totes.

One central waste cardboard feed conveyor was installed with low side guides to allow operatives to manually feed the belt. As well as a off 90-degree belt bend conveyor.

We additionally supplied and installed EK 900 55m Flat Bed belt Conveyor to transfer the site waste cardboard directly into a baler. Additional bespoke chute was designed to allow optional use of the baler bin lifter.

A central control panel was installed to ensure operations can run efficiently and effectively.
