Coveya supplies Easikit 600 conveyors hire to Salter Demolition

Coveya supplied on hire our Easikit 600 conveyors to Salter Demolition to support an interesting demolition project at 120 Moorgate in the heart of the City of London.

Following a free on-site visit and the production of site drawings, the Easikit 600 conveyors were installed on-site and used to bring internal demolition rubble from the basement level to the ground floor and then out to a muck away vehicle.

 

The alternative would have been to manually load the rubble into bags and then lift them up to the next level. The bags would then have to be loaded again manually into the truck however, by using the Easikit 600 conveyors Salter Demolition was able to save time and money, enabling the efficient movement of the materials ready to be taken away from the site. The conveyor also offered a safer option.  An excavator moved material into the conveyor which easily transported materials without manual intervention.
