Fully Enclosed Easikit 600 Mobile Conveyor
Coveya supplied our customer with a conveyor solution to efficiently transport their recycled paper pellet products. They needed the solution to be ground level to eliminate the product being carried up and into the tanker to which it was being loaded, to reduce spillage and dust.
Easikit 600 Mobile Conveyor System
One of our conveyor experts completed a free site survey to determine the appropriate conveyor solution that will efficiently meet their requirements, at a cost-effective rate. We also provided installation a operator training. We designed and manufactured a 12.46m long Easikit 600 Mobile conveyor.
The conveyor is fully enclosed to ensure the dust is contained when being transported from ground level, up and into the tanker. It has been manufactured with a medium feed hopper to help control the amount and flow of material onto the chevron belt, which helps carry the recycled paper pellets without any spillages.
Our conveyor solution provides safe loading of tankers from ground level, removing unsafe and inefficient loading methods, allowing a better control of the product. The conveyor has met the sites demands as well as reducing downtime on site and risk of injury.
